  • Chocolate flavored ice cream (equivalent to 500 g).
  • 4 teaspoons ready-made cappuccino.
  • Two tablespoons of sugar.
  • Two cups of cold water (equivalent to 500 ml).
  • Crushed ice cup.
  • 6 tablespoons of grated chocolate.

Preparation and submission steps

  • Put the ice cream, cappuccino, sugar, water and ice in the electric mixer, and mix the ingredients well until they are homogeneous.
  • Pour the mixture into serving glasses, decorate with grated chocolate and serve.

 

Cold Mocha With Milk

Here is how to make cold mocha at home with milk:

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup milk (equivalent to 62.5 ml).
  • 1-2 tablespoons granulated sugar (equivalent to 12-25 g).
  • One tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.
  • A cold cup of coffee.
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream (optional)
  • Whipped cream for garnish (optional).
  • Chocolate syrup for decoration (optional).

 

Preparation and submission steps

  • Put the cold mocha ingredients, consisting of; 2 tablespoons of milk, sugar and cocoa powder in a small bowl, mixing the ingredients well.
  • Heat the mixture over a medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture boils and the ingredients are well mixed and the texture becomes smooth.
  • Remove from heat, then whisk into cold coffee with remaining milk and optional heavy cream.
  • Put ice in a serving glass and then pour the mixture over it.
  • Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate syrup, then serve.

Tips when preparing cold mocha with milk

  • One tablespoon of granulated sugar will add less sweetness to the mocha, while the mocha will be very sweet after thawing when you add two tablespoons of granulated sugar.
  • In the event that there is no cold coffee, hot coffee can be made in a large cup, and then placed in the freezer for 15-20 minutes to cool and become at least room temperature, or a hot coffee can be made and ice cubes placed inside it to cool.
