Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

This homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte. It’s cheaper than coffee shops yet is so DELICIOUS! This latte is going to become a popular fall drink along with our Apple Cider.


  • 2/3 cup hot strong coffee
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • two Tbsps pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  • In a small saucepan, heat the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and sugar until the mixture is warmed.
  • Slowly add in the milk and vanilla. Continue whisking until the mixture is fully combined. Continue cooking on medium heat until the mixture slightly starts to simmer.
  • Remove from the heat and pour in the hot espresso or strong coffee.
  • Pour the latte into serving mugs and enjoy.
