  •  160 g white flour any flour
  •  150g or milliliters of plain cold milk
  •  60 g granulated sugar
  •  1 egg
  •  A teaspoon full of butter equivalent to 15 g before melting
  •  Vanilla 7,5 g
  •  Yeast for sweets 7,5 g
  •  pinch of salt


Mix everything with a hand mixer well, then add the melted butter and stir, let the mixture rest for 15 to 30 minutes, then cook it in a hot, non-stick pan over a low heat, cook from both sides until we get a golden color, then serve it with chocolate or butter and honey or according to taste and good health
