BANANA PUDDING POPSICLE
- half cup vegetable milk
- °1/3 cup creamy natural peanut butter
- three Deglet dates, softened in hot water
- one frozen banana
- Chocolate version
- one tablespoon vegetable milk
- two tablespoons fair trade cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
Put all the ingredients in a blender and freeze for at least four hours.
To help get them out, soak the mold in hot water for a few seconds until they slide out nicely.
