BANANA PUDDING POPSICLE

INGREDIENTS
  • half cup vegetable milk
  • °1/3 cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • three Deglet dates, softened in hot water
  • one frozen banana
  • Chocolate version
  • one tablespoon vegetable milk
  • two tablespoons fair trade cocoa powder
  • pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Put all the ingredients in a blender and freeze for at least four hours.
To help get them out, soak the mold in hot water for a few seconds until they slide out nicely.
