Adobo Seasoning

1 tablespoon of kosher salt, 1 tablespoon of Spanish paprika, 2 tablespoons of black pepper, 2 tablespoons of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, 1 tablespoon of dried oregano, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, and 1 tablespoon of cumin. Put the ingredients in a small glass jar, put the lid on, and shake until everything is mixed.
Note: You can use normal paprika if you can't find or don't have Spanish paprika. Just sprinkle a little more garlic powder on top.

Seasoning for chicken:

1 tsp rosemary, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp ground sage, 1 tsp powdered ginger, 1 tsp thyme, 112 tsp. thyme 3 tsp packed brown sugar 3 tsp dry chopped parsley 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp paprika 2 tsp garlic salt 2 tsp onion salt 2 tsp chicken bouillon powder 1 pkg. Lipton cup tomato soup mix (pulse in a mini-chopper; store in a sealed container; add 1 oz. mix to 1 C flour to coat chicken)

Chili Powder:

3 tablespoons of paprika, 1 tablespoon of ground cumin, 2 tablespoons of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of red or cayenne pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. Put the ingredients in a small glass jar, put the lid on, and shake until everything is mixed.
Five-Spice Powder from China:
1 teaspoon of ground Szechwan pepper, 12 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 14 teaspoon of ground fennel seeds, 1 teaspoon of ground star anise. Put the ingredients in a small glass jar, put the lid on, and shake until everything is mixed.

Cinnamon Sugar:

1 cup of fine sugar and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder. Put the ingredients in a small glass jar, put the lid on, and shake until everything is mixed.
Creole Seasoning for Meat:
1/2 cup of salt, 14 cup of finely chopped garlic, 14 cup of freshly ground black pepper, 14 cup of cayenne pepper, and 2 teaspoons of cumin seed. Put the ingredients in a small glass jar, put the lid on, and shake until everything is mixed.

Creole Spice Mix:

4 teaspoons of salt, 4 teaspoons of paprika, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, 212 teaspoons of onion powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons of dried thyme leaves, 1 1/2 teaspoons of dried oregano, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of chili pepper. Put the ingredients in a small glass jar, put the lid on, and shake until everything is mixed.
Fajita Seasoning:
1 teaspoon cumin, 12 teaspoon dried oregano, 14 teaspoon onion powder, 14 teaspoon garlic powder, 14 teaspoon salt, and 14 teaspoon pepper. Put the ingredients in a small glass jar, put the lid on, and shake until everything is mixed.

Seasoning for tacos:

1 tablespoon cornstarch, 2 tablespoons chili powder, 1 tablespoon kosher salt, 1/4 cup sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1 tablespoon dried oregano, and 1 teaspoon ground black pepper. Put the ingredients in a small glass jar, put the lid on, and shake until everything is mixed.

Garam Masala:

1 tsp cumin, 1 Tbsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp sesame seeds, 1 tsp black peppercorns, 1 tsp cloves, 1 tsp mace, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 3 cardamom pods. Toast in a medium-low pan for two minutes, then grind and put in a small mason jar with a lid.

Pepper Garlic:

4 1/2 tsp black pepper 8 tsp garlic powder
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley.
Put the ingredients in a small glass jar, put the lid on, and shake until everything is mixed.
Greek Seasoning:
1/4 C dried oregano leaves
2 Tbsp fennel seeds
Crush 2 tablespoons of dried lemon grass and add 3/4 teaspoon of black pepper to a small mason jar. Close the lid and shake the jar until the ingredients are mixed.

Herb Mix:

1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp chopped parsley flakes
1 teaspoon of dry basil leaves
Add 1 teaspoon of dried thyme leaves, 1 teaspoon of dried marjoram leaves, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper to a small mason jar, close the lid, and shake the jar until the ingredients are mixed.

Herbs de Provence:

1 tsp dried basil leaves, 1 tsp dried marjoram leaves, 1 tsp dried summer savory leaves, 1 tsp dried thyme leaves, 2 tsp orange zest, 1 tsp powdered bay leaf, and 1 tsp fennel seeds. Put all the ingredients in a small mason jar, close the lid, and shake until everything is mixed.
Blend of Indian Spices:
Add 8 tsp of cumin, 4 tsp of ground ginger, 2 tsp of ground coriander, 2 tsp of cayenne pepper, 4 tsp of turmeric, and 2 tsp of black pepper to a small mason jar. Close the lid and shake the jar until the ingredients are mixed.
Seasoning with Italian Herbs:
1/4 cup of oregano, 2 tablespoons of marjoram, 2 tablespoons of thyme, 1/4 cup of basil, 2 tablespoons of rosemary, 2 tablespoons of garlic powder, and 1/4 cup of parsley. Put all the ingredients in a small glass jar, close the lid, and shake until everything is mixed.

Spices for the kitchen:

Add 2 Tbsp salt, 1 tsp ground dried lemon peel, 1 Tbsp dry English-style mustard, 2 tsp ground allspice, 2 tsp ground ginger, 2 tsp ground nutmeg, 2 tsp black pepper, and 2 tsp cayenne pepper to a small mason jar, close the lid, and shake until the ingredients are mixed.
(For foods that are roasted or cutlets)

The Seasoned Salt of Lowry:

2 Tbsp pepper, 1 Tbsp chicken bouillon powder, 1 tsp onion salt, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 Tbsp garlic salt, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp dry marjoram leaves, 1 Tbsp chopped parsley, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp curry powder, 1 Tbsp chili powder, and 1/3 C salt. Put the ingredients in a small glass jar, put the lid on, and shake until everything is mixed.

Mixture of Middle Eastern Spices:

1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp cardamom, 1/2 tsp allspice, 1/2 tsp coriander, 1/2 tsp cloves, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt, 1 Tbsp paprika, 1 tsp cinnamon. Put the ingredients in a small glass jar, put the lid on, and shake until everything is mixed.
Seasoning mix by Mrs. Dash:
1/2 tsp red pepper, 1 Tbsp garlic powder, 1 tsp basil, 1 tsp marjoram, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tsp parsley, 1 tsp savory, 1 tsp mace, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp sage, and 1 tsp black pepper. Put the ingredients in a small glass jar, put the lid on, and shake until everything is mixed.

Thinking of Spice:

1 cup of brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of ground cloves, 1 teaspoon of ground dried orange peel, 1 teaspoon of ground allspice, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg. Put the ingredients in a small glass jar, put the lid on, and shake until everything is mixed.

Seasoned salt with no salt:

1 Tbsp garlic powder 2 1/2 tsp thyme leaves 2 1/2 tsp onion powder 2 1/2 tsp paprika 2 1/4 tsp celery seed 2 1/2 tsp ground white pepper 1 Tbsp dry mustard 2 1/4 tsp finely chopped dried lemon peel 1 Tbsp ground black pepper. Put the ingredients in a small glass jar, put the lid on, and shake until everything is mixed.

Old Bay Spice Blend:

1 tablespoon of ground bay leaves, 2 1/2 teaspoons of celery salt, 1 1/2 teaspoons of dry mustard, 1 1/2 teaspoons of ground black pepper, 3/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, 12 teaspoon of ground cloves, 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of ground red pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of ground mace, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom. Put the ingredients in a small glass jar, put the lid on, and shake until everything is mixed.

Onion-Paprika Blend:

2 teaspoons of paprika, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper. Put the ingredients in a small glass jar, put the lid on, and shake until everything is mixed.

Lipton's Onion Soup Mix:

3/4 cup chopped onion from a packet, 1/2 cup beef bouillon powder, 4 teaspoons onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon crushed celery seeds, 1/4 teaspoon sugar. Put the ingredients in a small glass jar, put the lid on, and shake until everything is mixed.

Oriental Spice for Stir-Fry (keep it in the fridge):

1 teaspoon of freshly grated lemon peel, 1/4 teaspoon of crushed fennel seed, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves, 1/4 teaspoon of crushed anise seed, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger.
Put the ingredients in a small glass jar, put the lid on, and shake until everything is mixed.

Parmesan Mix:

1 lb. grated parmesan or Romano cheese, 1/4 cup each of oregano, basil, and dried parsley bits. Put the ingredients in a small glass jar, put the lid on, and shake until everything is mixed.

Pasta Blend:

5 Tbsp dried basil, 3 Tbsp dried oregano, 2 Tbsp dried thyme, and 1 tsp dried garlic. Put the ingredients in a small glass jar, put the lid on, and shake until everything is mixed.

Pickling Mix:

1/4 cup of mustard seeds, 1/4 cup of dill seeds, 1/4 cup of coriander seeds, 2 tablespoons of crushed chili peppers, 2 tablespoons of crushed bay leaves, 1 tablespoon of celery seeds, and 1 tablespoon of white peppercorns. Put the ingredients in a small glass jar, put the lid on, and shake until everything is mixed.

Seasoning for Chicken:

2 Tbsp oregano, 2 Tbsp savory, 2 tsp parsley, 1 Tbsp sage, and 1 1/2 tsp ground thyme. Put the ingredients in a small glass jar, put the lid on, and shake until everything is mixed.
