Step 1 :Add red chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste/powder, soya sauce, hot sauce, vinegar and lemon juice in a bowl and mix it with a fork then add chicken and mix well until everything is combined
Step 2 :Mirante for 2-3 hours in refrigerator
Step 3 :Add all purpose flour and red chilli powder in a bowl then in second bowl add water
Step 4: Then coat the chicken with flour then dip in water and again coat in flour then let any excess off
Step 5 :Add oil in pan when the oil is hot enough drop a small portion of wet mixture to hot oil if it rises without browning then the temperature is right
Step 6 :Fry both sides of chicken on medium-low flame till golden & crisp or for 20 -25 minutes
Step 7 : Remove the chicken from the oil and add to a drying rack
Step 8 : Serve fried chicken hot with ketchup or any dip u like!!
