FRIED POTATOES WITH ONIONS

*INGREDIENTS
  • five hundred fifty g potatoes
  • one spoon of vegetable oil
  • one onion
  • one bell pepper
  • seventy  ml low-fat yogurt
  • seventy  ml light mayonnaise
  • thirty ml ketchup
  • one clove of garlic
  • spring onion
  • Chopped fresh basil
  • A pinch of paprika
Methods 
Cut the potatoes into wedges with the skin on. By cutting the potato in half each time, you very easily arrive at eight wedges. Cut the small potatoes into quarters. Wash them well and dry them preferably in a towel. Place the potato wedges in the ActiFry then cook with a vegetable ActiFry spoon. Cut the onion and bell pepper into small cubes and add them. Cut the garlic and the spring onion into very thin slices then add them to the ActiFry. Finely chop the basil then add it to the ActiFry. Meanwhile prepare the sauce: in a bowl, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup and paprika to obtain a nice cocktail sauce.
