
Cinnamon Roll Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 packet of rapid yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 3 tablespoons dry powdered milk
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 beaten egg (for egg wash)

Instructions:
- Prepare the Dough:

- Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
- Knead and Let Rise:
- Knead the dough well until it forms a smooth ball.
- Cover the bowl with a plastic bag or plastic wrap and allow the dough to rise until it doubles in size.
- Roll Out the Dough:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Once the dough has doubled in size, remove it from the bowl and place it on a floured surface.
- Stretch and roll the dough into a rectangular shape.
- Add Cinnamon Sugar:
- Brush the dough with the beaten egg, leaving about 1 1/2 inches from one end uncoated.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon sugar evenly over the egg-coated area.
- Roll Up the Dough:
- Carefully roll up the dough, starting from the end coated with egg and cinnamon sugar.
- Moisten the uncoated end slightly with a little water to help it adhere to the roll.
- Cut and Arrange:
- Place the rolled dough slices into a baking dish that has been lightly greased.
- Final Rise:
- Allow the rolls to rise fully in the pan before baking.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes or until they are golden brown.
- Make the Icing:
- While the rolls are baking, prepare the icing by mixing 1 cup of powdered sugar with 3-4 tablespoons of milk.
- Enjoy:
- Once the cinnamon rolls are done baking, drizzle the icing over them.
